- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The free trial needs no card. Before it ends we ask whether you want to keep going, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
- Which currency will I pay in?
- We show prices in your local currency where we have one, and in US dollars everywhere else. You always see the exact price before you pay.
- Is it per parent or per family?
- Per family. Co-parents, nannies and grandparents join your family plan at no extra cost.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
